Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and any notes, plus the pieces you ask about.
• Messages sent through the contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
• Accounts: if you create one, your name, email, sign-in details (including Google sign-in), a saved delivery address if you choose to keep one, your wishlist and your reviews. A published review shows your first name and last initial.
• Newsletter: your email address, once you confirm it from the link we send.
• Security: your IP address, used to limit spam and abuse of our forms and kept in our security log.

We don’t take payments on this site and don’t collect card details, and we don’t run advertising or analytics tracking.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare quotations and arrange orders and delivery; to answer your messages; to run your account; to send the newsletter you asked for, until you unsubscribe; and to keep the site and our customers safe from fraud and spam. We do not sell your personal information.

Who Helps Us Run the Site

These services store or process information for us, and some are outside Sri Lanka:

• Vercel (hosting and uploaded images)
• Neon (our database, hosted in Singapore)
• Clerk (accounts and sign-in), and Google if you sign in with Google
• Resend (sending our emails and the newsletter list)
• Upstash (short-lived counters that limit form spam)
• Meta, when our homepage shows images from our Instagram, and WhatsApp if you choose to contact us there

Cookies

We only use the cookies and browser storage the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, and remembering your bag and wishlist. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

How Long We Keep It

We keep quote requests and messages while we are dealing with them and for as long as we need them for our records, and account details until you delete your account. Ask us and we will delete your information sooner, unless we have to keep it by law.

Your Rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email us from the address you used with us so we can confirm it’s you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any newsletter email.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, access to our admin requires two-step verification, and every change made in the admin is recorded. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you.
